Matt, I’m so relieved to get your positive email. I really needed
that support! I’m so happy to tell you that today I feel fantastic
and yesterday and today have been great getting back on track days!! I feel
like I’m caught up a little on my life and that helps tremendously.
Some positive things are that I’m wearing whatever I want really in
my existing wardrobe instead of the running out of options level I was at
one month ago. I see a difference in parts of my body where they have slimmed
down, around my stomach and face especially. My energy is great too! Thanks

Hey Matt: Well, So far I have lost 29 pounds and 6 inches from my waist.
I'm getting tired of the same routine and was hoping you can customize a
few more workouts for me. I would like to target my midsection (I still
have this pear shape to me and my hips are now not proportioned), tone my
upper arms (not make bigger). And here is the big question....after having

Matt, thanks for all the great information. I'm doing the meal plans that
Changing Shape selects simply because it's easier for me to shop and less
time-consuming to think of what to have, etc. when I can just go to the
fridge and look up what I'm supposed to make for tomorrow. I'm having a

Just wanted to let you know that I have now lost almost ten pounds. Though
it has taken about five weeks, I know that I am losing it in a healthy way
that it is not from crash dieting or loss of water. Still not getting in enough

my nutritional plan, consuming 6-7 smaller, well balanced meals/snacks a
day. I weighed myself this morning and found that I had lost about 5 pounds.

Hi Matt! Hope you are having a good summer so far. I'm keeping up my exercise
routine and cutting back on food...and now I'm down to 190 from 200. Still
got 20-30 lbs to go, but I'm on the way. Got my annual check up this week,
and my cholesterol and bp are improving so that is good also...hopefully

Body fat percentage went down a point or two (depending on how hydrated I
was at the time) and weight was between 128.2 and 129.6. Have a good weekend!

Hi Matt! Last week, my weight ranged from 129 to 131. This week, it's been
between 127 and 128. My waist is down an inch and my pants fit a little

Yes, I can commit. It's Wednesday already, I've watched my calories and
made it to the gym each day so far. Its been really great to be able to
set aside exactly one hour, the same hour (12pm -1pm), every day (M-F).
Its done wonders for my self image to know that that hour is comitted to
the gym and I don't have to try to fit a w/o into a too busy schedule--it's
