Early Morning : Back Stretches - Abdominal Stretch -
Stretching Exercises for Lower Back - Stretches Back

1. Lie on the ground in correct posture.
2. Comfortably, bring your arms above your head.
3. Stretch you body by pointing your toes and arms in opposite directions. Your focus should be on elongating you body.
4. Do not overextend your arms or lower back, only extend to a comfortable level.
5. Hold for 15- 60 seconds before relaxing.
