Initiate a thorough dynamic warm up prior to starting this exercise, this engages the nervous system.

  • Begin this speed ladder drill by facing the length of the ladder.
  • Take a step into the first run of the speed ladder with leadleg, follow this by stepping into the second run with the trail leg, the third run with the the first leg and continue through the speedladder.
