Upper Traps - Active Isolated (Assisted)

Preparation:

Position yourself and your partner and pictured.

 

Movement:

  1. Partner should instruct you to actively flex the neck to the side until first resistance barrier is felt, and then gently assist a few degrees further.
  2. Hold for 1-2 seconds, relax and repeat for 10 reps.
