Youth Training - Stability

This program is designed to improve all around fitness while removing some of the risks of acute and chronic injury. The training is aimed at the age group 10-16, although you should use your judgement on the physical maturation of the client. This is a stability focused program. Use exercises #8 to #15 in a circuit format and go through the circuit two to three times. It is important to allow the athlete rest time between sets.
