Assisted supine groin stretch PNF adductor (active)

STRETCH

Preparation:

  • Lie facing up on the floor.

 

How to Do:

  1. Stabilize opposite hip with hand.
  2. Move the leg as far away from the body as possible.
  3. At this point pull on the inside of knee to intensify stretch.
  4. Hold for 1-2 seconds and repeat.
