Lying assisted adductor stretch with rope (groin)

STRETCH

Preparation:

  • Lie facing up on a mat or the floor.

 

How to Do:

  1. Stabilize opposite hip with hand.
  2. Move the leg away from the body’s midline by pulling just below the knee until stretch is felt.
  3. Hold for 20-30 seconds, repeat for 2-3 reps.
