Lying PNF adductor stretch with rope (groin)

How to Do:

 

  1. Start by laying flat on the ground. Your legs will be flat on the ground, straight in front of you, with your heels pointing towards the ceiling.
  2. Hold a resistance band with both hand and wrap the end of it, around one foot.
  3. With that same leg, keep it straight and off the ground a couple of inches. Use your hips and leg to turn your foot to the outside.  
  4. Hold for the allotted amount of time and then repeat with the opposite leg.
