Standing cable leg extension with single leg
- Quadricep strengthening.
- Quadricep definition.
- Hip stabilization.
- Hold onto brace/bar while preparing/extending for body stability.
- Begin movement with the knee bent at 90 degrees.
How to Do:
- Maintain tension/posture in lower back throughout movement.
- While breathing out, extend lower leg until your knee is straight.
- Breathing in, return the knee to a bent position and repeat.
