Standing cable leg extension with single leg

STRENGTH

Preparation:

  • Hold onto brace/bar while preparing/extending for body stability.
  • Begin movement with the knee bent at 90 degrees.



How to Do:

  1. Maintain tension/posture in lower back throughout movement.
  2. While breathing out, extend lower leg until your knee is straight.
  3. Breathing in, return the knee to a bent position and repeat.
