Assisted supine calf stretch (active isolated, straight leg)

Preparation:

  • Lie with your back to the floor and put leg over your knee.

 

How to Do:

  1. While keeping knee straight flex the foot as far towards you as you can.
  2. At this point push on ball of foot to intensify stretch.
  3. Hold for 30 seconds.
