Chest opening stretches on ball

STRETCH

Preparation:

  1. Lay facing up on the ball with arms outstretched.
  2. Your torso should be at a 45 degree angle to the floor.

 

How to Do:

  1. Drape the head and upper torso backwards over the ball with arms extended out to the side.
  2. Hold for 20-30 seconds, repeat for 2-3 reps.
