Assisted seated chest stretch (active isolated)
- Sit on a bench or chair.
- Be certain the core is engaged.
- Place your hands as pictured, maintaining neutral spine.
- Partner should place their hands on your elbows as pictured.
How to Do:
- Drive the elbows back as far as you can, and then have your partner gently assist a few degrees further.
- Hold for 1-2 seconds, relax, and repeat for 10 reps.
