How to Do Core Board Medicine Ball Twist With Toss

The core board medicine ball twisted with a toss should begin with a good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.

3. Also, adjust how far the core board is from the wall to make it easier or more difficult.

4. After the balls get released keep your hands there to catch them. Once you catch it, bring it back to the starting position and repeat for repetitions.

5. After completion, face the opposite way to work the other side.
