Assisted levator scapulae stretch seated (active isolated)
Position yourself and your partner and as pictured.
How to Do:
- Partner should instruct you to go into cervical (neck) location and flex to the side (i.e. look down and away).
- Once you have actively moved as far as possible, partner should gently assist a few degrees further.
- Hold for 1 to 2 seconds, and then repeat for 10 reps.
