How to Do:
- Begin by coming into a pushup position with your palms flat on the ground. Your legs will be straight behind you with your toes on the ground.
- Start off by staying in the pushup position, and bring one leg to your chest by bending at the knee.
- Simultaneously bring the opposite leg to your chest by bending at the knee, while the other leg will be straight behind you with your toe on the ground.
- Repeat for repetitions in a slow and controlled movement.
