Lateral multiplanar step up to balance, curl and press
Begin holding the dumbbells (palms facing chest).
How to Do:
- Step sideways onto a platform (four to eight inches in height).
- Bring up the other foot and hold at a 90° angle while you keep telling tight by drawing the bellybutton in towards the spine.
- Press dumbbells overhead.
