Tricep rope pushdown on single leg

STRENGTH

General Guidelines:

Stand up tall facing the rope press down machine

Preparation:

Keep one leg flat on the floor, and the other bent in back of you.

How to Do:

1. While you press down with your hand, keep your upper arm and elbow tucked into your side.

2. Squeeze with your tricep and slowly bring your arm back up to the starting position.
