How To Do Rowing
The rowing should begin with good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.
If any pain is experienced, immediately stop the rowing.

1. The drive is the part of the stroke where you do the work; the recovery is the part where you relax and prepare for the next drive.
2. The recovery's body movements are essentially the opposite of the drive's. The rowing stroke is created by blending these actions into a seamless continuum.

1. The shoulders are level and not hunched; the arms are straight; the head is neutral; and the shoulders are not hunched.
2. From the hips, the upper body leans forward with the shoulders. positioned in front of the hips
3. Shins should be vertical, or as close to vertical as possible. Shins should not move more than perpendicular to the ground.
4. Heels may be lifted if necessary.
