Speed ladder ankle flips
- Begin with a thorough dynamic warm up before starting this exercise; this engages the nervous system.
How to Do:
- This movement involves jumping in place and forward.
- Begin movement with an explosive vertical jump.
- As you travel upwards, bring ankle into dorsiflexion (pointing your toes away from you).
- Land onto toes and then heals.
- Repeat down the ladder.
