How to Do Movement:


-Start by standing up tall on a BOSU ball with your back straight, shoulders back, and chest out. Your feet should be about shoulder width on the BOSU ball.

-Keep your head straight, and from there, rotate your head back so that you are now looking at the ceiling.

-Reverse this process in a slow and controlled motion and repeat for repetitions.
