Supine ball abdominal stretch


-Start off by lying on a stability ball so that the curve of the ball I supporting the middle of your spine.


-Your legs should be extended directly before you with no bend in the knee.


-Your head will be slightly bent behind the ball and your hands will be straight back parallel to the ground.


-From here, raise your arms and bring your body forward enough so that your arms are now facing the ceiling.
