Shoulder PNF arm extension with resistance band

Benefits:

  • Stength and stability of the anterior cuff and shoulder joint.

Pre-Requisites:

  • This  down & in PNF diagonal pattern may be very beneficial in a post rehab shoulder situation.

Preparation:

  • Stand tall in neutral spine as pictured.

How to Do:

  • Move the arm down and in across the body internally rotating the shoulder while doing so.
