Each Cable Single Leg Hip Flexion should begin with good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.

Set the cable arm at a low position and clip on the ankle attachment.

Hold onto the brace bar while preparing to extend for body stability.

Movement

1. Maintain a tension posture in the lower back throughout the movement.

2. While breathing out, squeeze your hip flexor, and draw your thigh up towards your chin with a bent knee.

3. Breathe in and return your leg to a straight, standing position, and repeat.
