How to Do Calf Raise Leg Press

Each Leg Press Calf Raise should begin with good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.

1. Sit in the chair of the machine with your chest high, and shoulders back.

2. Line your feet up evenly, with a slight bend in the knees.

Movement

1. Maintaining body posture, extend the balls of your feet/toes slowly while breathing out.

2. Inhale as you return to the starting position.

3. Re-adjust the alignment of the feet as needed while performing.
