How to Do Seated Active Isolated Assisted Levator Scapulae Stretch
Partner should instruct you to go into the cervical (neck) location and flex to the side (i.e. look down and away).
Beginning

Position yourself and your partner as pictured.
Movement

1. Once you have actively moved as far as possible, your partner should gently assist a few degrees further.
2. Hold for 1 to 2 seconds, and then repeat for 10 reps.
