Beginning Zercher Squat
1.Push your knees out while driving up.
2. Try not to lean forward too high as you extend up and as you go back down you want to squat until the bar touches your thigh.
Zercher Squat Movement
1. Put the bar in the crease of your elbows.
2. Keep elbows tight to your sides.
3. Squeeze hands together or have palms facing the ceiling.
