How to Do Mountain-climbers
Mountain-climbers should begin with good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.
If any pain is experienced, immediately stop the mountain-climbers.

2. Extend your left leg behind you and place your right foot near your right hand.
3. Switch your legs in one fluid motion while keeping your arms in the same posture.
Movement
