How to Do Assisted Quadratus Lumborum Stretch Seated Static
Partner should put their right hand on your hip bone, as a cue for you to keep it still. Partner should cue you to sit up tall, and flex sideways and to the left in an arching type movement (up and over).

Beginning Assisted Quadratus Lumborum Stretch
1. Sits on a table or bench, with the left leg out to the side.
2. Allow the left knee to bend if the hamstrings feel very tight.
3. You can help stabilize by taking your left hand and holding it on the bench or table.
Movement

1. Partner should assist you in achieving a slightly deeper stretch than you can actively achieve on your own.
2. Hold for 20-30 seconds, repeat for 2-3 reps.
