How to Do Assisted Supine Calf Stretch Active Isolated Straight Leg
While keeping the knee straight, flex the foot as far towards you as you can.
At this point push on the ball of your foot to intensify the stretch.
Hold for 30 seconds.

1. Lie with your back to the floor and put your leg over your knee.
Movement

1. Raise your leg to about 8 over 10 or uncomfortable but not painful, for 10 seconds.
2. Resist for 6 seconds.
3. Release the stretch.
4. Repeat the process 3 times, each time after you resist, the range of movement should increase slightly.
