How to Do Side Lying Hip Flexor Stretch Assisted
Gently extend your hips until the first resistance barrier is felt.
Hold for 20-30 seconds, repeat for 2-3 reps.

1. Position partner and yourself as pictured.
2. NOTE: It is very helpful for the partner to instruct you to hold onto the knee in front – as pictured. It is also very helpful for the partner to "block" your hips with a knee to the hip area - as pictured, for better leverage.

1. Sideview lay down on the floor.
2. Stretch your other foot until it touches your hips, hold for 15-20 seconds .
