Partner should instruct you to actively flex the neck to the side until the first resistance barrier is felt, and then gently assist a few degrees further.
Hold for 1-2 seconds, relax and repeat for 10 reps.

1. Begin in a standing upright position.
2. Gently reach your hand down toward the floor, then slowly lean your head toward your opposite shoulder until you feel a stretch in the side of your neck.
3. Hold, then relax and repeat. Make sure to keep your movements slow and your shoulders relaxed during the stretch.
