Lie facing up on a mat or the floor.
Movement

1. Pull on inside of knee until stretch is felt.
2. Hold at the first resistance barrier for 20 to 30 seconds.
3. Statically contract for 5 to 7 seconds.
4. Relax and move into a newly acquired range of motion.
5. Repeat for 2 to 3 reps.
