How to Do Thrusters with Dumbbells
The thrusters with dumbbells should begin with good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.
If any pain is experienced, immediately stop the thrusters with dumbbells.

1. Hold your dumbbells in front of your shoulders and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
2. Squat down to the point when your thighs are parallel to the ground.
3. Extend your arms over your head as you stand up.
