How to Do
The light dancing social square tap should begin with good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.
If any pain is experienced, immediately stop the light dancing social square tap.
Beginning
One of the first tap dance steps you should learn is the shuffle. It's a hybrid of two even more fundamental moves: the brush and the strike. Let's begin with the brush. Stand on one leg and lift your foot off the ground with the other. Turn both feet out, but only the lifted foot should touch the ground.
Movement
Swing your foot forward to perform a brush. As the ball travels by your standing foot, point it slightly downward so the ball scrapes against the floor rapidly. Never, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever After that, make a strike. Swing your foot backwards instead of forwards in this variation of the same technique.
ACSM Recommendations
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the American College of Sports Medicine advocates that you take part in a combined 30 minutes of moderate to intense aerobic or anaerobic activity most days out of the week.
What does that mean for you?
Based on the intensity and your typical hour-long strength training and cardio program, that usually works out at three to five sessions each week.
