How to Do
The light handball should begin with good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.
If any pain is experienced, immediately stop the light handball.
Beginning
Attacking players attempt to score by kicking the ball into the opposing goal. A player in possession of the ball may take a maximum of three consecutive steps and may bounce the ball as many times as desired. If a player catches the ball, he or she cannot bounce it again and must take no more than three steps, pass, or shoot.
Movement
Attacking players attempt to score by kicking the ball into the opposing goal. It is not permitted to enter the goal area while in possession of the ball. Players may jump towards it (for example, to shoot) as long as the ball is released before landing inside the 6-metre line.
ACSM Recommendations
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the American College of Sports Medicine advocates that you take part in a combined 30 minutes of moderate to intense aerobic or anaerobic activity most days out of the week.
What does that mean for you?
Based on the intensity and your typical hour-long strength training and cardio program, that usually works out at three to five sessions each week.
