How to Do
The light racquetball paddleball should begin with good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.
If any pain is experienced, immediately stop the light racquetball paddleball.
Beginning
1. On a valid serve, the player returning the serve must remain behind the receiving line (with their entire body) until the ball hits the floor.
2. During the serve, the player returning the serve must remain behind the receiving line (with their entire body) until the ball crosses the receiving line.
Movement
1. Both feet must be on the short line or in front of it. A foot fault occurs when any part of the foot extends beyond the short line and into the receiving players area.
2. For a valid serve, both feet must remain on or behind the service line during the serve. It is a foot fault if the serving player extends beyond the service line.
ACSM Recommendations
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and the American College of Sports Medicine advocates that you take part in a combined 30 minutes of moderate to intense aerobic or anaerobic activity most days out of the week.
What does that mean for you?
Based on the intensity and your typical hour-long strength training and cardio program, that usually works out at three to five sessions each week.
