How to Do Forward Lunge to Cable Chest Press
Each forward lunge to the cable chest press should begin with a good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.

1. Adjust the column so that it is chest level.
2. Stand with your feet parallel and shoulder-width apart.
