How to Do

How to Do Single-Arm Medicine Ball Curls on a Stability Ball

This exercise may be performed by healthy exercisers whose shoulders, head, and neck are well-aligned.

If the shoulders are rounded and/or the neck protrudes forward, then the muscles of the chest and upper back must be stretched properly to avoid injury.

Maintain perfect posture throughout this exercise.

If unable to remain balanced on the stability ball, discontinue this exercise.

To make this exercise more challenging, stand up with the feet shoulder-width apart.

Grip the medicine ball in the right hand.

Shift your weight to the left leg while lifting the right foot off the floor.

Balance and then perform the desired number of repetitions. Then repeat on the opposite arm and leg.
