How to Do Stability Ball Pectoralis Minor Stretch
This exercise is best for those who strength train the shoulders, chest, and back frequently.
Keep the tummy drawn. Should any pain or discomfort be encountered in the knees, shoulders, and/or back during this exercise, discontinue it immediately.
Beginning
Beginning Pectoralis Minor Stretch
Kneel down on all fours. Suck in the tummy in an attempt to make the navel touch the spine. Keep the back straight.
Movement
Pectoralis Minor Stretch Movement
1. Reach the right arm out to the right side at shoulder-height so that it is perpendicular to the floor. Bend the right arm at the elbow and rest the forearm on top of the stability ball. Tuck the chin and slowly roll the stability ball straight out in front. Be sure to keep the chest low and the spine straight. Come back to the starting form and perform this exercise for the desired number of repetitions.
