How to Do Climbing Rope Basket
The climbing rope basket should begin with good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.
If any pain is experienced, immediately stop the climbing rope basket.

The rope will naturally fall inside the knee and outside the ankle if you raise the dominant knee as high as possible and then tip the leg slightly outwards.

1. Grasp the rope above your head.
2. Knees should be as near to the chest as feasible.
3. Feet crossed.
4. Keep the rope running parallel to your body's center.
5. To twist and wrap the rope with both feet, uncross your feet.
6. Extend your hips and legs while pulling with your arms.
7. Repeat by reaching your arms aloft and releasing the wrapped rope.
8. To slide down, spread your feet wide.
