Position yourself and your partner as pictured.
Movement
Seated Chest Stretch on Ball Movement
1. Hold for 20-30 seconds, then your partner should instruct you to contract the pecs chest muscles) such as in a pec fly.
2. Hold at the first resistance barrier for 20 to 30 seconds.
3. Then statically contract for 5 to 7 seconds.
4. Relax and move into a newly acquired range of motion.
5. Repeat for 2 to 3 reps.
