1. Sit on a bench or chair.
2. Partner should put their right hand on your right shoulder.
3. Partner should cue you to keep the core stable.
4. Partner should cue you to relax their upper middle back relaxed.
Movement

1. Partner should put their left hand above your right ear.
2. Partner should assist you in achieving a slightly deeper stretch than you can actively achieve on your own.
3. Hold this position.
