How to Do Stretch in Figure C
Throughout the entire movement, be sure to keep a neutral spine position and your feet planted.
Each Stretching, Figure C should begin with good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.
If any pain is experienced, immediately, stop this Stretching. Figure C.
Beginning
Beginning Stretch in Figure C
Start standing sideways around 2 feet away from a pole with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Movement
Stretch in Figure C Movement
1. Reach and grab the pole with your hand closest to it.
2. While still holding on with your first hand, flex your spine and bend over sideways and grab the pole with your other hand.
3. Now, with both hands firmly holding the bar, continue to hold this position as recommended then switch sides.
