How to Do Crunch Roman Chair
Each exercise should begin with good posture to avoid injury. Brace the spine by drawing your lower abdomen inward. Your core muscles should be activated to support your posture as you perform the exercise.
If any pain is experienced, immediately stop this exercise.
Beginning
Beginning Crunch Roman Chair
1. Lock your feet beneath the supports and lean all the way back.
2. Repeat the crunch up to the top position.
Movement

2. Lower your upper body to the floor while moving your midsection.
3. Re-ascend to your starting position.
